USACC Home Page. The United States-Angola Chamber of Commerce is an independent, non-profit organization of businesses united to promote trade and investment between the United States and Angola. The Chamber was established in 1990 and consists of over 70 companies. The Chamber believes that Angola has the potential to be one of Africa's most prosperous countries and has made it a priority to put the private sector at the forefront of Angola's development.
